Pau D’Arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa) is a tree bark ancestrally used in South America for anti-fungal, anti-candida, anti-parasitic, alterative (blood cleanser), and more.*
It makes a delicious decocted tea. It must be boiled in a non-toxic pot, then slowly simmered in order to extract the best medicinal properties.*
Preparation: Suggested 2 tablespoons of the bark per one liter of water, you can drink one cup of this per serving. You can also prepare a few liters in the fridge as they will last a few days.
