REFERRALS
"I was visiting Costa Rica from the U.S. when I was connected with Sami, and I'm so grateful our paths crossed! She has a rare gift for making you feel truly seen. She asked thoughtful questions, listened deeply, and held space for me in a way that felt incredibly safe and supportive. I walked out of our consultation feeling lighter and hopeful.
She also created a custom herbal tea blend for me and the results have been amazing. My average sleeping heart rate has decreased by about 20 bpm, and my HRV has increased by around 20 points since incorporating it into my routine. The stats don’t lie.
Just her presence is healing. I highly recommend Sami to anyone looking for a compassionate, intuitive energy reader and herbalist." ANNA

ENERGY ALCHEMY | Botanical Rituals & Intuitive Reading
Herbal wisdom, intuitive insights, and tuning energy through plants.
Each session is completely personalized, responding to your intentions. We begin with a botanical smoke cleansing ritual or an herbal foot bath, for in person sessions in Costa Rica. Then we move into conversation tending to the mind-body-spirit aspects of the experiences you’re moving through at this time, guided by insights through the herbalist’s lens. You’ll be offered herbal tea to sip throughout.
These sessions can also be shifted into a tea-ceremony or cacao-meditation for deeper somatic presence rather than conversation, if this is preferred.
• Free 15 min intro call
• $110 for 1 hour
• $222 for 90 minutes
• $444 for two-people for 2 hours | partner, family, friend combined session
• $555 for a series of 3, 90 minute sessions (in one month)
• $777 for a series of 4, 90 minute sessions (in one month)
